Inspection copies of Code-Breakers DVD and Book Procedures We are able to offer schools the chance to look at the Code-Breakers programme by requesting an inspection copy of the book and DVD. This gives teachers the chance to decide if this is what their school wants and discuss it with colleagues! Dispatch We will dispatch one copy of the Code-Breakers DVD/ Book pack to any school which requests it. The pack will be sent by second-class post. Options Returning the materials If you do not wish to purchase the Code-Breakers DVD/ Book pack, please return it in good condition, to arrive at Hamilton Education, 1A Howard Street , OXFORD OX4 3AY within 21days of the date of dispatch. Please enclose the school name and address with the returned items. As a small non-profit-making company, we regret we are unable to supply pre-paid labels for return. Your postage costs will be approximately £1.74. Keeping the materials If you do not return the materials within 21 days of the date of dispatch, we will assume you wish to keep them. At this point we will automatically send you an invoice for £10.00 plus a VAT element of £1.75 (We will not charge our usual P&P charge of £3.50). If you receive an inspection pack which has been returned to us by a previous enquirer, we will advise you of this and invoice for a reduced amount of £8.00 + VAT should you decide to keep it. Purchase of the Code-Breakers KS1 Pack We appreciate (and hope) that some customers may wish, subsequently, to place an order of a Code-Breakers KS1 pack, but will not require an extra DVD and book. In this instance, when we invoice for the Code-Breakers KS1 pack, we will deduct the price of the DVD/Book pack and omit these items from the pack when we dispatch it. We will send an explanatory note for you to enclose when you send us an order for a Code-Breakers KS1 pack. Please do not hesitate to telephone 01865 241245 or e-mail with any queries.
